What will I get in my box? 

Every month we hand pick an assortment of our very favorite yarns and fun patterns to keep your needles busy and your stash happy!


Can I combine my subscription box purchase with the rest of my Knit Picks purchase? 

We utilize Cratejoy to process and manage our subscriptions, so unfortunately we are not able to combine your subscription shipment with other Knit Picks purchases. Your subscription box will be charged and ship separately. Knit Picks Gift Certificates cannot be applied toward the purchase of a subscription. 


Do you ship subscription boxes outside of the United States?

 Yes! We currently ship to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom for $10. 


When will my credit card be charged? 

Your first installment will be charged right away. Future charges will be made on the 11th of every month. 


When will I receive my first box?

Your first box will ship on the 1st of the following month after you sign up, and future boxes will ship at the beginning of every month. 


Can I return my subscription box?

While we're happy to send you a replacement if you receive damaged or  defective merchandise, we do not otherwise offer refunds on subscription  boxes.  


How do I cancel my subscription?

We'll be sad to see you go! To unsubscribe, log into your customer account and click edit. This allows you to change or cancel your subscription.
